Its location is fantastic, close to bars and restaurants, the beach/port at Sant Antoni and the clubs. You can relax at Restaurante es Pueto, located nearby. The rooms are huge and cheap with a fantastic bathroom, the large picture, as for...

It was really great. The price was worth it! The staff was really kind.

The only thing bad is the localisation. It's not in Eivissa, the most important city. But if you can rent a car, so it's not a problem. But if you don't have this opportunity, maybe it would be better stay in Eivissa

The pool area was fantastic, complete with great vibes and a perfect sea view. Just chilling there all day.

Location

Very dirty room, black mold (schimmel) in the refrigerator, airco did not work, hair on the floor, very noisy because of drunk young people, chemicals in the pool gave stains (vlekken) in swimmingclothes. Absolutely no 4* star hotel, max 1*.

The room balcony was very large and overlooked the sea which afforded us great views of the wonderful sunsets.

The room was supposed to be cleaned every two days which we didn't know about until we contacted reception. The room wasn't cleaned at all on the sixth day and we had to ask at reception for clean towels.

The outdoor swimming pool was amazing with fine sea views. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, giving a great start to my day. Staff were great. It's conveniently located near Ocean Beach Club, perfect for nightlife....  

ONLY the hotel staff at the reception was very friendly. Remaining staff poor. Wi-fi free in reception hall.

Studio with double bed with 2 beds not at the same level. Poor breakfast for 4*. Noisy during the night, 4 nights out of 7 with drunk people knocking and screaming in my door at later night hours. Room with some equipment/facilities in poor conditions.

I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and things now are much different.The Hotel was Distgusting and filthy,The rooms were all dirty with tiles missing off the walls, bad electrical sockets,broken beds and smelly bedding,Our room got flooded twice by the upstairs shower,once at 4am and the 0ther 7am, it took the staff more than 40 minutes to do anything.The walls are thin and the hotel is very noisy 24hrs a day as it more of a 18-30 hotel,It took us 4 days to get clean towels after repeatingly asking, The hall ways of the hotel were never cleaned and resembled a tip! The management and staff at reception were very rude and unapproachable.They class this as a 4star which is a joke,We were 1st given a room with 2 beds in a small living room,one was a filthy couch and the other a camp bed that a young child couldnt sleep on,i would never recomend this hotel to anybody!! And definately not a family!

The outdoor pool was great for unwinding after a long day, and the sun terrace offered a chill spot to soak up the rays. Just be aware that the WiFi could be a bit spotty, but it didn't ruin our experience at all 🌊
